Shipping and Customs Information

At Disruptive Technologies, we want to provide you with a hassle-free and cost-effective way to receive our sensors and Cloud Connectors. To ensure transparency and ease in the shipping process, we've outlined important information about our shipping methods and import procedures.

• Shipping Method: Our sensors and Cloud Connectors are shipped using the Free Carrier (FCA) terms from Oslo, Norway, in accordance with Incoterms® 2010. The listed price for our products excludes Import Duty and Value Added Tax (VAT) in your country.
• Transportation: For your convenience, we partner with reputable courier services like DHL, FedEx, and others for the delivery of our products. When your shipment arrives, you will be responsible for paying the Import Duty and VAT directly to the courier. The courier will provide you with a VAT invoice for these charges.
• Courier Choice: To further simplify the import process and reduce potential complexities, we offer you the flexibility to choose your preferred courier for the delivery of our products. This choice allows you to select a courier that aligns with your preferences and requirements.
• VAT Returns: If your company is VAT-registered, you can reclaim the VAT that you paid to the courier, per your local VAT rules and regulations.
• Import Duty: Within the European Union (EU), there is no Import Duty for our products. However, please note that couriers may charge a customs fee for declaring goods imported from Norway. Be prepared for this potential fee when receiving your shipment within the EU.
