Studio automatically sends an invitation email upon the creation of a new user account. If you have not received an invitation, there are a few things that could cause the delay:
- This email can take up to 5 minutes to appear in your email inbox
- The wrong email address was registered. Check with the administrator that created your user.
- The email address was misspelled when registered. Check with the administrator that created your user.
- The invitation email stopped in your spam filter. Check your spam or junk folder to see if the invitation email is present. Also, check if sparkpost.com is listed as allowed in your company or personal email spam filter.
If all of the above reasons have been ruled out and your email has still not arrived, please contact our support team for further assistance.
