“Not found” error message

One of the possible error messages you might encounter in Studio when claiming DT devices might be the "Not found” error message.

This can indicate that we were not able to locate the Kit/Device in our system.

If the device ID was entered manually and not scanned, please double-check if there are any errors in the input. If the problem persists, please reach out to us at DT Support with the Kit ID/Device ID.
