This article contains information on how to resolve the issue when the sensor cannot be seen in Studio.
All previously purchased and claimed sensors are typically located in one of the Organization’s Projects or Organization Inventory. The inability to see or locate the device in Studio can be due to the following reasons:
Lack of access
Ask the Organization admin to provide access to the project where the sensor resides.
The sensor is in a different project
When using Touch to identify, only sensors in the project that is currently open in Studio are being searched for. Use the Identify the sensor in Studio option to search for the sensor across projects.
The sensor is deactivated
Only sensors with an active subscription are available in Studio. Use the Identify the sensor in Studio option to search for the sensor across projects. If the sensor is not found, contact us to verify if the sensor has an active subscription.
