Organization Administrators who need to review past invoices, download invoice PDFs, or understand the status of upcoming and paid invoices.
What do you need?
- A user role of Organization Administrator in DT Studio (the Billing menu is only visible to Organization Administrators).
Where to find invoices in Studio
To view and download your invoice history in DT Studio, follow these steps:
- Open Studio.
- Select any Project within your Organization.
- Select Billing in the lower-left menu.
- You'll see a list of all your invoices. To download a PDF, select the download button on the right-hand side of the invoice you want.
Understanding invoice statuses
Paid and upcoming subscription invoices are visible in the invoice history list. Here's what each status means:
| The invoice has been settled and paid. | |
| The invoice is soon due. Please reach out to us if you need to make any changes. | |
| The invoice is overdue and needs immediate payment. Reach out to us if you have any questions. | |
| A credit memo for correcting a previously sent invoice. |
Troubleshooting / FAQ
Q: I don't see the Billing option in the menu. Where is it?
A: The Billing menu is only visible to users with the Organization Administrator role. If you don't see it, ask your Organization Administrator to either grant you the required role or download the invoices for you.
Q: What should I do if my invoice shows as Overdue?
A: An overdue invoice needs immediate payment. If you have questions about an overdue invoice, contact support for assistance.
Q: Can I make changes to an upcoming invoice?
A: If your invoice shows a "Due" status, you can reach out to the support team to request changes before the invoice is finalized.
