How subscription renewals work
All your sensor and cellular subscriptions share the same renewal date and renew simultaneously. Individual sensors cannot be set to renew at different times.
The default renewal cycle is one year. If you would prefer a 3-year or 5-year renewal cycle, contact your account manager or our support team.

Q: Can I change my renewal cycle from one year to three or five years?
A: Yes. Contact your account manager or our support team to switch to a 3-year or 5-year renewal cycle.
Q: Can I set different renewal dates for different sensors?
A: No. All subscriptions renew simultaneously. Individual renewal dates per sensor are not supported.
