How to identify your Cloud Connector
There are three ways to identify a Cloud Connector:
- Touch in Studio — tap the device in the Studio interface to highlight it (only valid for older Cloud Connector versions)
- Read the ID on the back — the unique device ID is printed on a label on the back of the unit
- Scan the QR code — use a phone camera or QR scanner on the code printed on the device

Q: I cannot find the Cloud Connector in Studio. What should I do?
A: Make sure the Cloud Connector is powered on and connected. If it still does not appear, contact support with the device ID from the label on the back.
