If you have forgotten your Studio password or are unable to log in, you can reset it using the password reset page.

What do you need?
- Access to the email address associated with your Studio account
Steps
- Open the password reset page.
- Enter the email address you registered with.
- Select Reset my password.
- Check your inbox for a password reset email and follow the instructions.
Not receiving the email?
- Check your spam folder. The reset email may have been filtered.
- Allow a few minutes. Email delivery can take a short time.
- Use the correct email address. Make sure you are entering the address you registered with DT.
- Whitelist our email sender. Our emails are sent via sparkpost.com. Ask your IT team to whitelist this domain if you are on a managed email system.
- No confirmation of account existence. For security reasons, the password reset page does not confirm whether an account with the given email exists.
