The Billing module in DT Studio provides an overview of your billing information, invoices, and subscription management.
Who is this article for?
Organization Administrators who need to view or update billing details, check invoices, or manage subscriptions. This section is not accessible to Project members. For more information, see: Managing Studio access.
Where to find it
Billing is in the bottom-left corner menu of the Studio app, as part of the Admin menu.
What you can do
The module has two subsections:
Billing information
In the Billing Information subsection, you can input and manage:
- Email address (for sending invoices)
- Subscription contact (for invoice-related communication)
- Billing address (to appear on the invoice)

Subscription Management
Subscription Management includes three views:
Active Subscriptions, which provides details for all running subscriptions and allows you to manage device renewals, make changes, and deactivate devices no longer needed. For detailed instructions, see Managing subscriptions in Studio
Invoice History, where you can view both paid and upcoming subscription invoices. For further details, see How to view invoice history
Order History, which shows an overview of all purchase orders made by the Organization
