The Members module in DT Studio lets Organization Administrators manage user access across the Organization and its Projects.
Who is this article for?
Organization Administrators who need to invite users, assign roles, or modify access levels. This section is not accessible to Project members. For more information, see: Managing Studio access.
Where to find it
The Members module is in the menu at the bottom left corner of the Studio app, as part of the Admin menu.
What you can do
Organization Administrators can:
- View, modify, or revoke access levels of current members
- Invite new users and assign them specific roles
There are three user access levels available:
- Organization Admin
- Organization Viewer
- Access to Specific Projects
When granting Specific Projects access, you must choose the projects and the access level for each:
- Project Administrator
- Project User
- Project Operator
- Project Developer
- No access (removes the user from the Project)
Editing an existing user's access
Click on a user's email to view their overview page. From there you can:
Decide if the user should continue with Specific Projects access or be upgraded to an Organization member level
Bulk update access for multiple projects (for users with Specific Projects access)
Individually update the access level for each project
