The Devices module in DT Studio provides a complete overview of all devices across every Project in your Organization you have access to, giving you a single place to search, filter, and monitor your entire sensor fleet.
Who is this article for?
Any DT Studio user who needs to view or manage devices across multiple Projects in their Organization.
Why use it?
The Devices module provides organization-wide visibility into your entire sensor fleet, with battery life tracking as its standout feature. Instead of monitoring sensors project by project, you can view the battery status of every sensor across your Organization in a single, centralized list.
It makes it easier to:
- Have a proactive sensor monitoring and replacement approach
- Export the data for analysis or record-keeping
- Keep your team accountable for timely sensor replacement
Where to find it?
The Devices module is listed in the lower left section of the Studio app.
What you can do
Search - Use the search bar at the top to find a single device by name or ID.

Filter the device list - Narrow down the list using one or more of the available filters:
Project – Show devices from specific Projects only
Device Type – Filter by specific sensor type or Cloud Connectors
Device Labels – Filter by labels applied to individual devices
Project Labels – Filter by labels applied at the Project level
Paused Alerts – Show devices with alerts currently paused
Emulator – Include or exclude emulated devices
Active – Filter between active and deactivated devices
Battery Status – Filter devices by their last reported battery level
Export CSV - Export your device list as a CSV file. You can choose to export device IDs only, or include all columns for a complete data export - useful for analysis or reporting.
