Tactile Touch Sensor

Sensor_-_Tactile.png

The Wireless Tactile Touch Sensor detects when the sensor is pressed and gives audible and tactile feedback to the user. A press will result in a wireless message being sent via SecureDataShot™ technology to the Cloud Connector (Gateway), notifying the user about the event. The Cloud Connector then relays the event notification onward to a cloud server.

The Wireless Tactile Touch Sensor uses Heartbeat Interval (HBI) to transmit a message notifying the system that it is present and operational, which can be set to 15 min, 30 min, 45 min, or 60 min.

EU and US variants

This sensor is available in two variants, one for the EU and one for the US, due to different certifications, compliances, and wireless communication.
