Troubleshooting / FAQ
Q: I don't see my support request listed. What should I do?
A: Make sure you are signed in with the same email address you used when submitting the request. If you still can't find it, try searching for keywords from the original request in the search bar on the My activities page.
Q: What do the different statuses mean?
A: Common statuses include "Open" (your request is being worked on), "Awaiting your reply" (the support team needs more information from you), and "Solved" (the request has been resolved).
