Q: My Cloud Connector shows a red cloud. What should I do?
A: A red cloud means the DT Cloud cannot be reached. Check your network or cellular connection and refer to the troubleshooting guide. If the issue persists, contact support.
Q: There are no dots on the front. What does that mean?
A: No visible dots indicate a cellular signal strength below 20%. Try repositioning the Cloud Connector or moving it closer to a window for a better signal.
A red cloud means the DT Cloud cannot be reached, usually due to a network or cellular problem. See
A stable white cloud means the device is online and communicating with the DT Cloud.
A blinking cloud means the device is attempting to connect.
Dots represent cellular signal strength. No visible dots indicate a weak signal below 20%.
