When a new Studio account is created, an invitation email is sent automatically. If you have not received it, there are a few common reasons that may explain the delay or missing email.

What do you need?
- Access to the email inbox for the address used to register your account
Common causes and solutions
- The email is delayed. Invitation emails can take up to 5 minutes to arrive. Wait a moment and check again.
- The email is in your spam folder. Check your spam or junk folder. If found, mark it as not spam.
- Our email sender is being blocked. Studio sends emails via sparkpost.com. Ask your IT team to whitelist this domain in your company's email spam filter.
- The wrong email address was used. Check with the administrator who created your account to confirm the email address used for registration.
