Organization Level Alert Configuration
This update introduces Organization Level Alerts, a new capability in DT Studio that lets you manage alert thresholds, delays, escalation paths, and recipients across an entire organization. This new module allows you to reuse templates across multiple projects and devices via labels.
Who is this update for?

Alert Structure & Escalation Duplication
Duplicate entire org-level alert structures or escalation paths with a single click to save time and reduce the risk of errors when rebuilding each alert individually.
Contact Groups
Categorize recipients by role, group, department, etc. Groups can then be applied to defined Escalation paths or to Alert Templates.
Escalation Templates
Create one escalation flow and apply it to any alert in one click. Adjustments cascade across all linked alerts and projects.
