Billing Cycle
This update allows customers and partners under the Hardware & Services model to purchase full-term subscriptions for 1-, 3-, or 5-year terms while maintaining a single annual renewal date. When subscriptions are co-termed at the end of the term to align with the annual renewal date, proration is applied at renewal rather than at the point of sale.
A new subscription overview is available in the Billing Module, providing a complete overview of your subscriptions and how they are prorated, as shown below.
To purchase full-term subscriptions, contact your Key Account Manager. You can still purchase subscriptions in Studio as before.
