Options for organizing customers

You have two main approaches:

  • Separate Projects per customer: Create a dedicated Project for each customer and assign their devices to it. This is the recommended approach for most use cases in Studio.
  • Manage hierarchy in your platform: If you have a custom platform, you can handle the customer hierarchy within your own application logic.
