Common causes and solutions
You do not have access to the project
All sensors are stored within a specific Project. If you do not have access to that project, you will not see the sensor. Ask your Organization administrator to grant you access to the relevant project.
The sensor is in a different project
When using the Touch to Identify feature, Studio only searches the project that is currently open. Use the Identify a device in Studio feature to search for the sensor across all projects in your Organization.
The sensor has not been claimed
Only sensors that are claimed are visible in Studio. Try claiming the sensor.
